Spiritual Exercises
There is a great wealth of spiritual exercises available. We, along with many others, have removed the medieval catholic theology and practice, so that what remains is deeply helpful. We use a selection of these at each of our Retreat Days. Andrew & Mandy also use these in the Soul Spa Retreats they lead for Vineyard Churches. Here are a few to get you going:
Bible Meditation. Going from head to heart, this method of Bible readings helps us to be rooted in the Bible and in the Father's incredible love for us. Download them here, or get in touch with the office. If you'd like to discus how to use them, please contact Andrew - andrewm@ovc.uk.com.
Centring Meditations. These relaxation meditations help us to focus on God and welcome him. It's hard to do that if we're not relaxed. Here's one to get you started.

Immanuel Ministry
Immanuel Ministry is a simple way of getting close to Jesus and dealing with past hurts. We all carry baggage from our childhood and upbringing, as well as later in life. These things can hold us back in life, restrict our relationship with Jesus, and stop us from becoming the person God designed us to be. Immanuel draws us closer to Jesus, and as we encounter him & his truth in our memories, the lies and pain are broken. The result is freedom!
